Our entire team brainstormed, and determined that by creating a personalized service program, that would allow our customers to build trust with our service team, and would allow our service team to 'own' and 'WOW' our customers would be the BEST customer support.
A Personal Support Rep is a a trained and skilled service representative capable of assisting you with any of your web hosting needs. They can handle not only billing and administrative tasks, but can also resolve technical issues, answer questions and even offer advice.
Support Reps have management level empowerment, so that they are able to offer a one-and-done solution experience.

Every customer of IX Web Hosting will receives their own Personal Support Rep regardless of which hosting plan they choose. Once the Support Rep has been assigned, their information will be displayed within each customer's personalized control panel.
The Support Rep will automatically be alerted if a ticket is entered via the control panel system as well.
Aside from the assisting with all your hosting needs, you will gain an insider friend within IX Web Hosting. Not only will you have their personal extension and email, but you will also be able to contact them through various Social Media Outlets such as Twitter, Facebook, and their team blog page.
This level of access to your Support Rep allows you to bypass phone queues and schedule contact when it is most convenient for you.
