I write to you filled with pride from our new Data Center and Headquarters in Columbus, OH. A few weeks ago, I emailed you about how well our move from Kentucky went. It was a great success, indeed.

We finished the move 24 hours ahead of schedule; most websites were back online even 36 hours ahead of time. We didn't lose a single server. We didn't lose a single hard drive. We didn't even have to restore anything from our backups. Not only is this unheard of in our industry, but we've also been commended for it by competitors and vendors alike.

But all that is irrelevant compared to the unbelievable gift you've made us: We have not lost a single customer. I've a little gift for you in return.

We had downtime, and not a small amount. I asked for your patience, and you've delivered. So much more than I would have dreamed for.
