How to Get Help When You Need It

Sometimes figuring out how to get support with issues can be just as taxing on you as working through the problem. Here is a list of the ways to  contact our support services at anytime. Please remember that our phone chat and ticket support are open 24/7 and here if you need them.

Contacting Ticket Support

To create a ticket within your Help Desk window log into your control panel and follow the steps below:

  • Within the main menu of your Help Desk click on the tab labeled “My Support”ticket support-001
  • Once you are on the Support Window on the far right of the screen click on the icon “Create Ticket”ticket support-002

Follow the next pages to provide as much detail regarding the issue you are experiencing and our team will review it as quickly as possible.

To contact Chat support team click anywhere you see the Live Chat icon. Typically our live chat icon looks like this but throughout our website is play be shaped or designed differently. If you see the text “live chat” you should be able to reach our live chat team.
