2. What if I need more pages? What is the cost?

You may add additional pages at any time during and or after the design process is complete. Our design team is here to build you a website to fit your exact needs and specifications. The cost for extra pages added on to one of our designs is $80 per page. If you have an existing website that you are looking to add on to let us know and a dedicated project manager will get in touch with you to determine your specific needs and provide you with a quote.

3. Can I upgrade from the smaller to a larger package?

Of course! If you would like to start out with a smaller package and then at any time feel that one of the larger packages will fit your needs better it is not a problem at all. We can upgrade your web design package for you by adding the additional pages and features of your choice. All that would be required is for you to pay the difference in cost between the two packages and let your project manager know the details of your new pages and features. It's as easy as that!

4. Do I have to host with you?

No! The Web Design Packages are offered as a stand alone product separate from our great deals on hosting. Once the design is completed you may take the entire website and upload it to your existing host. Of course, if you do not have a current hosting provider we would be more than happy to discuss some of our fantastic hosting packages that are tailored to fit your needs!

5. What is your payment policy and what type of payments do you accept? Do I need to send a deposit for the work? What is your refund policy?

For our top-notch design team to get started on your custom built website, you must make full payment up front. Just like our hosting services, we only accept payment through any of the major credit cards. If work has already begun on your project, the maximum refund will be 50%. If your project is more than 50% completed as defined by the project manager then there will be no refund. Of course, IX Web Hosting has always prided itself on customer satisfaction no matter what. So if an issue arises with the design of your site, we will work with you till you are completely satisfied with the final product.

8. Do they get one programmer specific to my account? Or is it a group of people?

Once you sign up for on of our Web Design packages, you will be assigned a dedicated project manager. The project manager will be your direct contact with the design team throughout the entire design process and make sure that your vision of the website and the requirements of its functionality are properly communicated and implemented. Your design team will consist of designers and programmers. The exact number will of course be dependent upon the size and scope of your individual project.

That's great! The fist step is to select what plan fits your needs. We have three different design packages available. Anything from a basic informational website to a full featured dynamic E-commerce site. Once you select your package, your next step is to from our diverse listing of value added website features. This includes everything from search engine submission, to a full featured web forum. After selecting your plan and features your next step is to sign up. After you sign up, you will be contacted by a member of our design team and will begin on the process of establishing your web presence!

We utilize your logo, images, and text to ensure that your website is exactly what you want. All we need to get started is a general idea of what you would like the site to look like. The images, logos, and text can be inserted at any time during the design process. Just keep in mind that the quicker you provide us with this information, the faster we are able to provide you with design choices.

11. Is a revision one change or a list of changes?

Each of our packages comes with a set number of total revisions available to it. When your project manager presents a design to you for review it is your responsibility to provide a list of changes and requests to him. This counts as one revision, so it is important that you provide us with as much information as possible so that we can make your web site exactly the way YOU want it. You and your input are an integral part of the design process and we can't build your site without it!

12. Do you offer payment gateway integration on eCommerce websites?

Our eCommerce Mastersite plan comes with everything you need to have a successful and full featured online store. This includes integration of the PayPal payment gateway into your store to process credit card transactions from your customers. IX Web Hosting is also able to provide you with a merchant account that can also be integrated for just $24.95 a month (the cost of the merchant account only).

14. How long does it take for a design to be completed?

All of our plans have a scheduled time for release. These schedules are attainable provided you have all the text, logo's, and images available when you sign up and respond to our revisions in a timely manner. We take pride in the fact that up until now none of our projects have taken us longer than four weeks to complete, regardless of their complexity.

The cost of this service is $80 per hour. You may contact your project manager at any time to utilize this service and you will receive a detailed quote outlining the estimated cost and work to be accomplished.

20. How do I get listed in Google & other search engines?

One of the many valuable features we offer is search engine submission. If you choose that as one of your package features or an add-on feature then our highly trained team will methodically submit your site content to all of the major search engines, e.g., Google, Yahoo, MSN. This will increase the speed in which your site is indexed by these search engines; which will allow you to begin driving traffic to your site quicker. Please note that the listing can take between one and four weeks and is subject to the rules and regulations of the specific search engine.

He will then give you a detailed price quote for your approval. This will ensure that you always know what you are paying for and provides you with an estimated time of completion.
